Welcome to X-Golf Gold Coast (Ashmore)! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking or using our services.

By booking a simulator, attending an event, or accessing our facilities or website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings & Cancellations

  • All simulator and event bookings must be made through our online system or in-venue.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the booking fee.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel bookings in the event of technical issues or operational needs (you’ll be notified ASAP if so).

2. Arrival & Conduct

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow for check-in and setup.
  • You’re responsible for your own safety and conduct while using the simulators.
  • Damage to equipment due to misuse may result in repair/replacement charges.

3. Use of Equipment

  • You are welcome to bring your own clubs or hire ours (fees apply).
  • Our team will guide you through basic simulator operation if needed.
  • The EYE and NEX simulators are advanced systems — please follow instructions to ensure optimal use.

4. Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted. We offer a fully licensed bar and kitchen on-site.
  • Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or asked to leave for safety reasons.

5. Minors & Age Policy

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • “Child” pricing or package eligibility typically applies to those aged under 18, unless otherwise specified.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge the risks of recreational activity and waive X-Golf Gold Coast (Ashmore), its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during use, except where caused by negligence.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is collected and used.

8. Right to Refuse Service

X-Golf Gold Coast reserves the right to refuse service or access to the venue for any individual not complying with these Terms, behaving inappropriately, or posing a risk to others.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.

At X-Golf, the definition of a 'child' for packages and bookings can vary by location and specific promotions. For instance, some school holiday bundles are designed for children aged 9 and above.
